Accredited Exercise Physiologist: Clinical + Strength & Conditioning (contract, flexible hours)
Ultimate Ability, Strength BND, Williamstown VICWant to work across clinical rehab and athletic performance in the same week? Ultimate Ability is the strength, conditioning and allied-health service based at Strength BND, a busy, performance-focused gym in Williamstown. We're looking for an Accredited Exercise Physiologist to lead our EP service.
The role
- A mixed caseload. You'll see clinical clients, including DVA clients who already train at the facility and want to keep seeing an EP in person. You'll also work with our strength and conditioning clients and athletes.
- Elite coaches around you. You'll work alongside experienced strength coaches, including a state powerlifting champion with more than 20 years of coaching behind him.
- Mentoring and development. You'll get regular guidance and room to grow into performance work, not just clinical sessions.
- Serious equipment. You'll have a full strength floor and turf, and force plates are on the way for testing and tracking progress.
What's in it for you
- Pay: a contractor arrangement on a 70/30 or 65/35 split in your favour, depending on experience, with GST paid on top if you're registered.

What you'll need
- AEP accreditation with ESSA
- DVA recognition and a Medicare provider number, or willingness to obtain them
- A Working with Children Check and an NDIS Worker Screening Check, or willingness to obtain them
- An ABN and your own professional indemnity insurance
