About the Role

Our Pakenham-based client is searching for a reliable Store-person who holds their LF Forklift licence, to join and assist their growing team for a 3-week contract assignment, with potential for extension.

Our client is a global leader in the manufacturing of traction-based vertical access solutions such as construction hoists, transport platforms and industrial elevators.

This role is based in their brand-new Pakenham facility, and is an incredible opportunity to show off your skills in a Yard environment.

Key duties and responsibilities

• LF Forklift operation
• General warehouse duties
• Receiving, storage and distribution of goods
• Cycle counts
• Loading and unloading trucks with stock
• Packaging and labelling stock

Skills and experience

• Minimum 12 months of experience operating a LF Forklift
• Hold a valid LF Licence
• Must have at least 1 year experience in a similar role
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team Strong communication skills
• Proficient in MS Suite applications
• Happy to work a day shift, from 6am, Monday - Friday Must be open to a temp-perm opportunity
• Good WH&S Awareness
• Hold a current, Australian Driver's Licence and own car
