To be successful, you will have the following: 

• A stable career history within the construction industry
• Education, health and aged care construction experience will be looked upon favourably
• Project experience above $5m 
• Strong construction foreman or Site Management experience with a reputable mid tier would be an advantage
• The ability to work to and meet deadlines
• Well organised, strong work ethic, enthusiastic, motivated, honest, high level of integrity

They have an extremely stable team with most employees having been with the business over 5 years.
Opportunity:
This is an exciting opportunity to join the delivery of a $8M education project featuring a multi-level building within a live environment. As Site Manager, you will play a key leadership role in the successful delivery of this significant project, working closely with an experienced team of Foremen, Engineers and the Project Manager.
