TP Human Capital is recruiting an experienced Leading Hand / MC Driver for Law Transport, based in Innisfail.
We’re looking for a confident, hands-on operator who can lead by example, support other drivers and help keep daily transport operations running smoothly.
You don’t need to have held a formal leadership title – we’re looking for the right experience, attitude and leadership potential.
About the Role
- Provide hands-on leadership, guidance and support to drivers.
- Assist with coordinating daily transport operations.
- Mentor drivers and promote safe work practices.
- Troubleshoot day-to-day operational challenges.
- Remain actively involved in driving and crane operations.
Essential Requirements
- Current MC Driver’s Licence.
- Extensive heavy vehicle and crane truck driving experience.
- Proven experience in crane operations and dogging.
- Current CV (Vehicle Loading Crane) and DG (Dogging) High Risk Work Licences.
- Strong understanding of load restraint and heavy vehicle safety.
- Confidence to lead, mentor and support other drivers.
- Proactive attitude with strong communication and problem-solving skills.
Desirable
- Previous Leading Hand or supervisory experience.
- Forklift licence.
- Experience coordinating drivers and transport operations.
