As our business continues to grow, we are looking for a tech-savvy Joinery Drafter / Detailer with Microvellum experience to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys bespoke design, embraces new technology and is keen to be part of a business that is continually evolving.

About the Role

In this role, you will be responsible for drafting and detailing a range of commercial and residential joinery projects, including bespoke, custom-designed pieces. You will play an important role in bringing unique designs to life while contributing to our ongoing development of smarter, more efficient drafting processes.

We are looking for someone who can work autonomously, take initiative and confidently navigate challenges as they arise.

About You

To be successful in this role, you will have:

• Proven experience in joinery drafting and detailing across commercial and residential projects.
• Previous experience using Microvellum software - this is essential.
• The ability to produce accurate, detailed shop drawings, including bespoke and custom joinery pieces.
• Strong attention to detail and a high level of proficiency in interpreting and reading shop drawings.
• The confidence to work independently, manage your workload and take initiative when troubleshooting technical or design challenges.
• A tech-savvy mindset and a willingness to learn new skills, embrace technology and explore innovative ways of working.
• A background in cabinet making or commercial joinery (highly regarded, but not essential).
