About the client:

Our client provides a comprehensive assessment, treatment, and assertive outreach support for individuals with moderate to severe mental health needs. As part of a multidisciplinary care team, you will contribute to a holistic, client centred model of care, integrating with regional health teams to ensure timely and appropriate care, including inpatient support when necessary.

Role Overview:

As a Counsellor, you will work within a collaborative multidisciplinary team, assisting  clients with gambling and financial support.  ou will be required to travel to different offices to provide support where a company car will be available to you to book in advance. 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct culturally sensitive and thorough assessments of clients.
  • Provide case management support.
  • Apply your advanced specialist knowledge in gambling and financial support through assessments and decision making.

Mandatory Qualifications & Experience:

  • Bachelor of Social Work or
  • Bachelor of Counselling with PACFA or ACA registration, Level 3 or 4
  • Willingness to undergo a Criminal History Check.
  • Current C-Class Driver's License.
  • Demonstrated high-level verbal and written communication skills.
  • At least 3 years of experience in a similar role.
    • Highly Desirable 
      • background in AOD and addictions

What We Offer:

  • Competitive Salary - $100k + super
  • Salary sacrifice options of up to $15,900.
  • Full Time Hours
  • Based in Windsor - will be provided a car as required - travel to Gold Coast, Southern side of Brisbane
