Your new company
Our client is amongst the worlds top producers of major commodities, including iron ore, metallurgical coal, copper and uranium. They extract and process minerals, oil and gas from their production operations located primarily in Australia and the Americas.

Your new role

Develop, manage and maintain detailed project schedules aligned with approved scope, standards and baselines. Monitor schedule performance, contractor progress and key project risks, providing clear reporting and recommendations. Support change management, resource planning, scenario analysis and stakeholder schedule reviews. Engage closely with project stakeholders to facilitate cross-functional schedule reviews, coordinate updates and drive alignment through to schedule finalisation. Ensure compliance with Our Requirements, MAP Internal Standards, the Code of Conduct and relevant statutory obligations.

What you'll need to succeed

  • Highly proficient in Primavera P6, with the ability to develop and maintain detailed project schedules.
  • Demonstrated experience in project scheduling, supported by strong attention to detail.
  • Exposure to engineering processes and/or construction environments.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong working relationships with stakeholders.
  • Strong ability to coordinate and integrate multiple project activities effectively.
  • Effective analytical and problem-solving skills.
