About the opportunity
Reporting to the Head of Strategy, the Manager Programs will lead the identification, design and delivery of strategic programs that strengthen the Delivery Partner operating model across Australia Post. Working closely with stakeholders across Operations, Technology, Finance, Procurement and Legal, you'll drive initiatives that improve network capability, enhance operational performance, reduce cost to serve and deliver a better customer experience. Success in this role will come from your ability to connect strategy with execution, influence diverse stakeholders and deliver meaningful business outcomes.

- Lead the development and delivery of strategic programs and initiatives that optimise network capability and operational performance.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to design and implement scalable systems, platforms and commercial solutions that support the future evolution of the Delivery Partner network.
- Build business cases, define future-state operating models and develop roadmaps that align with Australia Post's strategic objectives.
- Identify opportunities to improve efficiency through automation, technology and data-driven decision-making while ensuring benefits are realised across the network.

You're a strategic and commercially minded problem solver who enjoys navigating complexity and delivering outcomes through collaboration. You bring a continuous improvement mindset, can confidently influence stakeholders at all levels and are comfortable translating complex challenges into practical solutions. You thrive in fast-paced environments, use data to inform decisions and are passionate about driving meaningful change that benefits both customers and the business.

- Bring experience leading large-scale strategic, transformation or continuous improvement programs that deliver measurable business outcomes.
- Demonstrate strong commercial and financial acumen, including experience developing business cases, strategic roadmaps and performance insights.
- Have proven experience working across multiple functions and influencing senior stakeholders to achieve shared objectives.
