Electric Bike Delivery Driver

About the opportunity 

In this role, you’ll start each day early as part of a supportive delivery team, preparing mail and small parcels at the facility before heading out for delivery. You’ll complete daily vehicle safety checks, load your deliveries, and carry out reliable deliveries to homes and businesses, with safety and consistency guiding every step. 

You’ll be supported by experienced Rider Mentors who are actively invested in your development, providing hands‑on guidance and coaching to help you build confidence, capability and long‑term success. This is an opportunity for someone who takes pride in doing the job well, values safety, and is motivated to deliver strong outcomes every day. 

This role is an permanent full time position working Monday to Friday, starting at 5:30am and finishing around 2:30pm with occasional additional hours.

Pay rate is $33.64ph for the first three months and then moves to $38.47ph once fully trained + 12% super + 4 weeks leave accrued per year and other personal leave benefits.

Requires a confident cyclist.

About you  

• Comfortable meeting licensing and practical assessment requirements (training provided). 
• Flexible to support additional hours when needed. 
• Detail‑focused and reliable, handling mail and parcels up to 16kg. 
• Able to meet safety requirements, including the role’s safe working load limit (115kgs or less) 
• Keen to learn and progress, with development pathways into senior delivery or frontline leadership roles.
