Locum Rural Generalist - Kerang (DPA/MMM5)
- Provide GP clinic work at $1500/day
- Serve as VMO on-call with additional pay
- Work in a supportive rural medical team
• Up to $2300 GP/VMO daily

The Practice
We are looking for cover for this medical centre in Kerang in Northern Victoria, providing services to the clinic and on call for the Urgent Care centre.
Work alongside two permanent rural GPs
Full-time nursing support
Online appointments
Support two aged-care facilities
The Hospital
Kerang District Health hospital has 50 beds, of which 20 are acute, and an Urgent Care Centre.

A 24/7 Urgent Care Centre staffed by nurses.
Acute inpatient care, including general medical and palliative care.
Access to on-call doctors and after-hours telehealth support.
Patients needing higher-level emergency care may be transferred to a larger hospital.
The Location
The town of Kerang (pop. 4,000) is located 25 kilometres inland from the Murray River, between the historic Murray River border town of Swan Hill and the agricultural community of Cohuna.
