COMPANY
This represents a rare opportunity with a well established accounting firm based in Penrith. This firm growing rapidly due to the leadership shown by their Partners.
The firm works with high quality SMEs and HNW individuals.
POSITION
Due to growth, the position of Manager has been created.
The successful role will be responsible for the following:
- Manager a portfolio of clients
- Manage and mentor junior staff
- The provision of high quality advisory and compliance services
- Exposure to special projects
CANDIDATE
The successful candidate will demonstrate the following:
- CA/CPA Qualified
- 8+ years experience within Australian Public Practice
- Experience managing a client portfolio
- Experience managing and mentoring staff
- Experience with all entity types
- Exceptional client relationship management experience
- Exceptional communication and presentation (non negotiable)
- Ability to work autonomously
- Lives close to Penrith
