GENERAL MANAGER | SHOAL BAY COUNTRY CLUB

Shoal Bay, Port Stephens NSW

4 Restaurants • 5 Kitchens • 7 Bars • 250+ Staff

An iconic coastal destination. A major hospitality operation. A leadership role with real influence.

One of the most iconic venues on the NSW North Coast, Shoal Bay Country Club brings high-volume food and beverage, live entertainment, conferences and events together in one vibrant waterfront hospitality precinct.

With four restaurants—including Atmos, serving authentic Greek cuisine, and the newly opened East Pavilion, offering coastal Asian dining—five kitchens, seven bars and a team of more than 250, this is hospitality on a serious scale.

We’re looking for an experienced General Manager with the commercial expertise, operational confidence and people leadership to deliver exceptional experiences through our busiest seasons and beyond.

THE OPPORTUNITY

You’ll lead a passionate, hardworking management team committed to our mission of delivering exceptional experiences. Highly visible across the precinct, you’ll set clear expectations, develop your leaders and keep teams supported and focused when trade peaks.

Working closely with senior stakeholders across Zenith Hotels, you’ll turn group priorities into venue results—from financial performance and restaurant growth to seamless events and outstanding guest experiences.

For the right leader, this is more than a career move. It's an opportunity to build a future in a place people travel the world to experience.
