The Role
Working closely with senior leadership, you'll take ownership of projects across a diverse portfolio including multi-residential, mixed-use, community and specialist housing developments.

Key responsibilities include:

• Lead projects and key project stages
• Coordinate consultants, stakeholders and project teams
• Maintain design quality through delivery
• Manage client relationships and project outcomes
• Mentor emerging architects and team members
• Contribute to studio growth and continuous improvement

What You'll Bring

• Qualification in Architecture and relevant industry experience
• Experience leading projects or significant project stages
• Strong design, technical delivery or all-round project capability
• Proficiency in Revit and documentation coordination
• Ability to manage clients, consultants and stakeholders

Experience delivering multi-residential, mixed-use or other complex building projects will be highly regarded.
