 An established real estate agency is seeking an experienced Property Manager to join their Lane Cove team on a temporary basis.

This is a great opportunity for a Property Manager looking for a short-term assignment with a professional and supportive team.

The Role:

• Manage a residential property portfolio
• Handle day-to-day property management duties
• Liaise with landlords, tenants and trades
• Coordinate maintenance and repairs
• Manage arrears, inspections and lease administration
• Respond to landlord and tenant enquiries
• Provide general support to the wider property management team

About You:

• Previous Property Management experience essential
• Strong knowledge of residential property management
• Excellent communication and organisational skills
• Confident dealing with landlords, tenants and contractors
• Able to work independently and hit the ground running
• Current Certificate of Registration required
