Large Format Fashion Manager | Canberra Centre
Join a thriving fashion retailer known for its fast pace, customer focus and genuinely positive team environment. Based in Canberra Centre, you’ll lead a high-volume store and have the autonomy to shape its performance, people and culture in the lead up to peak trade! Regular support from Regional and State leaders will give you the tools and backing to succeed.

You are a dynamic, organised leader who knows how to run retail at scale without disappearing into the back office. You’ve had previous experience in a $2m+ large-format business, developed great people and naturally lead from the floor. Commercially switched on and confident in visual merchandising and presentation standards and day-day operations, you know how to turn customer service and team energy into great results.

Your responsibilities will include:
Driving strong store sales results in a high-volume retail setting
Coaching and developing a large team in the lead up to peak trade
Delivering on KPI’s whilst keeping daily operations running smoothly
Upholding standards in visual merchandising and store presentation

Successful applicants will have:
Experienced Store Manager with success leading large-format retail
Proven ability to deliver sales results and KPI’s in a $2m + business
Engaging people leader who builds capable, high performing teams
Strong across operations, presentation and customer experience at scale
