As an Educational Leader at Guardian Export Park, you’ll play a key role in supporting educators, strengthening curriculum practice and creating meaningful learning experiences for children every day.
What will you be doing?
You’ll have the opportunity to:

  • Lead with purpose by guiding the implementation of our unique To BE Me learning program
  • Support educator growth through coaching, collaboration and reflective practice
  • Strengthen learning outcomes by supporting meaningful assessment and documentation
  • Set the standard for high-quality teaching and learning across the centre
  • Drive continuous improvement by contributing to the centre’s Quality Improvement Plan
  • Create a culture of learning where educators feel confident to share ideas, try new approaches and grow

The Centre:

Guardian Export Park offers thoughtfully designed learning environments where children can explore, discover and develop their skills and confidence. You’ll join a passionate team committed to creating high-quality learning experiences and a welcoming environment for children, families and educators.

Here’s what you’ll bring:

  • Completion of the national mandatory Child Protection training via the GECCKO platform
  • Diploma in Early Childhood Education or a higher-level qualification (e.g. Graduate Diploma, Bachelor’s degree or equivalent)
  • Strong knowledge of the National Quality Framework
  • Previous experience in early childhood education is desirable
  • Valid Working with Children Check or relevant state equivalent
