About the Opportunity
Join RACV’s Leisure team in a hands-on leadership role where you’ll support the day-to-day operation of our Food & Beverage outlets while creating exceptional experiences for members, guests and visitors.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Providing hands-on leadership and direction to Food & Beverage Attendants
- Supporting the smooth day-to-day operation of the outlet
- Delivering high-quality, timely and professional service to members and guests
- Coordinating with management, kitchen, bar and events teams
- Managing customer feedback and resolving difficult situations
- Supporting staffing efficiencies, minimising wastage and completing end-of-day requirements
- Leading by example and maintaining high standards of service, presentation and safety
What you’ll need to be successful
- Previous experience in a Food & Beverage Team Leader role within a 4–5 star resort or similar environment
- Demonstrated experience as a Food & Beverage Attendant
- Strong knowledge of à la carte, buffet, banquet, function and fine-dining service
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- The ability to lead, train and motivate a team in a busy hospitality environment
- Confidence using POS systems and managing customer feedback
- A Responsible Service of Alcohol Certificate, which can be arranged on the job
