About You

As a Stage 4 HSIE/RE Teacher at the Regents Park Campus, you will join our team in one of two permanent roles starting Term 1, 2027, engaging Years 7 and 8 students through practical, source-driven learning across mandatory History and Geography syllabuses. Within a supportive Catholic learning environment, you will cultivate deep curiosity, spatial inquiry, and critical research skills—guiding students to connect past events with modern environments while actively contributing to the spiritual and pastoral life of the school community.

You will have:

  • expertise in teaching Stage 4 HSIE
  • a strong classroom management and student well-being focus
  • the ability to create inclusive, rigorous learning experiences
  • a tertiary qualification in Education and NESA accreditation
  • the ability to collect and use a range of evidence to assess, evaluate and improve teaching and learning practices
  • strong interpersonal skills that facilitate collaboration and quality relationships in working with others
  • Religious Education qualifications or the willingness to achieve them as per Accreditation Policy to Work, Teach, and Lead.
