Roads 2000 is a well-established civil construction company in Western Australia operating as part of the Politis Group, specialising in asphalt production, placement and project management. Servicing private, council and government projects.
We are currently looking for an experienced Civil Laboratory Technician to join our team based in Wangara WA.
Responsibilities will include:
- Ensure All Technicians are informed of all daily tasks and expectations
- Ensure daily tasks/testing are/is completed
- Check all paperwork from Technicians is complete
- Ensure any training is completed and documented
- Ensure upkeep of all registers
- Liaise with LM any new procedures required to be instigated and assist LM
- Has NATA signatory level 4/5 to be able to sign reports in LM absence
- Monitor, assess and suggest any improvements
- Monitor mix trends and make changes when required in consultation with LM and PM
- Monitor incoming aggregate trends and highlight any non-conformances in consultation with LM and PM
- Willingness to work in remote locations when required
To be considered for this role, you'll need to demonstrate:
- 5-10yrs in CMT
- Diploma in Laboratory Techniques
- Civil Engineering Qualification (Desirable)
- Drivers Licence
- White card
- Level 5 NATA Accreditation
