Site Supervisor

A leading national civil contractor is seeking an experienced Site Supervisor to oversee major subdivision projects across Adelaide’s northern suburbs. With a strong pipeline of secured work and an excellent industry reputation, this is a fantastic opportunity to join an established market leader.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee major subdivision projects from commencement through to completion
• Lead site crews, subcontractors, and multiple work fronts
• Drive safety, quality, productivity, and programme outcomes
• Coordinate with Project Managers, engineers, subcontractors, and key stakeholders
• Ensure projects are delivered efficiently, safely, and to a high standard

About You:

• Proven experience as a Site Supervisor, Foreman, or similar leadership role
• Strong background delivering major subdivision and civil infrastructure projects
• Extensive knowledge of earthworks, roads, drainage, services, and associated civil works
• Demonstrated ability to lead teams and manage multiple work fronts
• Strong communication, planning, and problem-solving skills
