Production & Packing Worker

Molendinar Location | Monday to Friday | 7:00am–3:00pm | $33.85 per hour

The Role

We are currently seeking a Production & Packing Worker to join our team in Molendinar. This is a hands-on role suited to someone who is physically fit, reliable and comfortable with manual handling.

You will be involved across different stages of the production process, from weighing and mixing ingredients through to cleaning, preparation and packing finished products.

What You’ll Be Doing

Your day will be split across three key areas:

Production & Mixing

• Weigh and mix buckets of liquid ingredients weighing up to 20kg
• Add ingredients to mixing bowls accurately
• Follow production processes and instructions

Cleaning & Preparation

• Clean production areas and equipment
• Pick and prepare ingredient bags weighing up to 25kg for the following day's production
• Maintain a clean, safe and organised work environment

Packing

• Pack loose bars onto the flow wrapper
• Pack wrapped bars into boxes
• Maintain a consistent packing pace while meeting quality standards

What We’re Looking For

• Previous production, packing, food manufacturing or warehouse experience is advantageous
• Physically fit and comfortable with manual handling up to 25kg
• Able to work at a consistent pace in a repetitive environment
• Good attention to detail
• Reliable and punctual
• Able to follow instructions and production procedures
