Service Receptionist

Our customer has built an excellent reputation within their automotive niche - with an amazingly talented team that are in high demand for their service,  this is an exciting opportunity for someone who has a passion for all things automotive and wants to take the next step in their customer service/admin/service career.   

We are looking for a passionate and customer-focused Service Advisor that loves working in a business where exceptional service, attention to detail and leaving no stone unturned is what you live for! 

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Greet customers warmly and manage the end-to-end service experience
• Schedule and confirm service appointments, ensuring efficient daily workflow
• Liaise with internal teams and monitor job progress/update production schedules
• Prepare and complete documentation/schedules/updates and ensure our , systems up to date
• Deliver consistent follow-up and maintain strong customer relationships
• Liaise with external suppliers and book in work, follow up stock and customer enquiries
• Be part of a co-heasive team assisting other departments to ensure that exceptional service.

What You'll Bring:

• Proven background in customer service (automotive experience highly regarded)
• Strong customer service skills and a passion for exceeding expectations
• High attention to detail and strong administrative accuracy
• Outstanding communication and time-management skills
• Ability to remain calm under pressure and juggle multiple priorities
• Team player with a proactive, positive attitude
• Current driver’s licence & Police Check required
• Prior Experience as a Service Advisor (advantageous but not essential)
