Your new role
As an Administration Officer, you will play a key role in managing the PO mailbox and investigating queries using SAP and Microsoft Office Suite. Youll work independently while collaborating remotely with frontline teams to drive improvements and support vendor engagement.
Key responsibilities include: Monitoring and investigating the PO mailbox using SAP
Managing administrative tasks and supporting vendor engagement
Raising POs
Drafting communication packs and liaising with stakeholders
Contributing to continuous improvement initiatives
Collaborating remotely with frontline team members
Escalating issues when needed, with remote support available
What you'll need to succeed
Experience using SAP and Microsoft Office Suite Strong organisational and communication skills Ability to work autonomously and manage competing priorities A proactive mindset with a focus on process improvement
