We're working with an incredible client and searching for an exceptional retail leader, influencer and sales driver to manage a high-volume business where team coaching, commercial performance and operational excellence are everything.

Suited to candidates from bustling stores, fast-paced flagship fashion, sporting retailers, specialty retail or other high-volume environments, your performance will be measured by not only the financial and commercial results you achieve, but the immediate impact on morale, standards and engagement of your team.

Your Mission...:
▸ Lead, coach and develop a team of 'soon to be' retail leaders… Are you capable of creating an incredible in store succession plan??

▸ Analyse performance, identify opportunities and deliver outstanding commercial results
▸ Oversee & manage shrinkage, productivity & operational excellence
▸ Recruit, mentor and develop the next generation of retail leaders
▸ Deliver exceptional personal, store and operational standards..!
