About the role
In this hands-on role, you’ll build and deploy targeted email and SMS campaigns that drive customer loyalty and engagement. Reporting to the CRM & Loyalty Manager, you’ll be instrumental in coordinating and elevating personalised communications that keep our amazing customers coming back for more.
  
Your role

1. Build and schedule best in class email, SMS and customised campaigns to surprise and delight our customers
2. Produce, schedule and amplify loyalty campaigns, monitoring performance to drive engagement and spend
3. Analyse and report on regular campaign performance metrics to uncover insights and share findings
4. Participate in audience segmentation strategies based on insights gathered across all channels (email, SMS, social, paid media)

Skills

1. Demonstrated experience using email services / marketing automation platforms such as Salesforce Marketing Cloud
2. Hands-on experience in CRM and loyalty programs, ideally in fashion retail
3. A Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Data Analytics, or a related field
4. Strong grasp of data types, segmentation and confident with tools like Excel or Tableau
5. Strong attention to detail, excellent written communication skills
