A rare opportunity for an experienced jewellery professional who loves the craft, values quality customer relationships and is looking for a more flexible pace.

Our client is an award-winning Australian jewellery business known for exceptional craftsmanship, bespoke designs and a reputation built on delivering a truly personalised customer experience.

About the role
They are looking for an experienced Jewellery Sales Professional to join their team on a part-time basis. This is a role for someone who genuinely understands jewellery, enjoys connecting with clients and takes pride in guiding customers through meaningful purchases.

This is not a high-pressure recruitment process. The business is happy to wait for the right person and is open to a January commencement for someone who is the right cultural fit.

You will:

• Provide exceptional, personalised service to every customer
• Guide clients through jewellery selections with confidence and expertise
• Build genuine relationships and create memorable experiences
• Use your jewellery knowledge to educate and inspire customers
• Support sales conversations across custom, premium and meaningful purchases
• Maintain the high standards expected within an award-winning jewellery environment
• Work collaboratively with a passionate and experienced team

What you'll bring

• Previous jewellery retail experience is essential
• Strong knowledge of jewellery, craftsmanship and product details
• Experience within manufacturing jewellery, custom jewellery or premium jewellery sales will be highly regarded
• A warm, consultative approach with strong relationship-building skills
• Confidence working with customers making considered, high-value purchases
• Professional presentation and pride in delivering exceptional service
• A genuine passion for jewellery and helping customers find something special
