  • Develop relationships, partnerships and referral pathways with mental health and community services
  • Support coordinated and wraparound responses where clients are engaging with multiple services
  • Develop and deliver mental health-focused therapeutic and psychoeducational groups and workshops
  • Contribute to mental health resources, organisational learning, practice development and broader capacity building
  • Participate in relevant sector networks, communities of practice and service development activities

You will demonstrate sound professional judgment, confidence in responding to distress and complex presentations, and a collaborative, trauma-informed, violence-informed and victim-survivor-centred approach.

Experience working within specialist domestic violence or violence against women services will be highly regarded.
