We are seeking reliable and enthusiastic Food & Beverage Attendants to join our team at HMAS Albatross, Nowra. This casual opportunity is ideal for candidates looking for flexible hospitality work while gaining valuable experience in a professional and structured environment.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Assist with food preparation, meal service and cleaning duties
• Deliver friendly and professional customer service
• Support dining room and food service operations
• Assist with functions and special events as required
• Maintain food safety, hygiene and HACCP standards
• Set up and clear dining and service areas
• Keep work areas clean, organised and safe

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

• Previous hospitality, food service or customer service experience preferred
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Reliable with flexible availability for casual shifts
• Positive, proactive and customer-focused approach
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices preferred
• Ability to obtain and maintain a National Police Check and Defence clearance
