Multiple Distribution/Supply Chain Operators

Job Description

Our Burleigh Heads Distribution site in Queensland is looking for five Full time Supply Chain Team Members to join the team.  We are on the lookout for motivated and committed individuals to provide flexibility and support across our operational demands, these positions are structured on a 4 × 10-hour day schedule across a range of roster options:

Available Roster Options at a Glance

• Option 1 (Sun, Mon, Tue, Wed): Early morning & early start shifts supporting Shift Supervisor (SS) & Bread Room (BR). Requires high computer literacy, strong Excel skills, and leadership capabilities. Truck loading.
• Option 2 (Wed, Thu, Fri, Sat): Day shift supporting Shift Supervisor (SS) & Bread Room (BR). Requires high computer literacy, strong Excel skills, and leadership capabilities. Truck loading.
• Option 3 (Sun, Mon, Tue, Wed): Afternoon/evening shifts supporting Bread Room (BR) and pick by light (PBL)
• Option 4 (Mon, Tue, Thu, Fri): Daytime shifts across Bread Room (BR), Yard Duties (YD), and Stores (ST). Requires a valid Forklift License; Stores training provided for leave coverage.
• Option 5 (Sun, Mon, Tue, Fri): Afternoon/evening shifts supporting Shift Supervisor (SS) & Bread Room (BR). Requires high computer literacy, strong Excel skills, and leadership capabilities. Truck loading.

Key Requirements & Opportunities

• Training Included: On-the-job training will be provided for specific functions, including truck loading, Stores operations, and Shift Supervisor coverage depending on the selected option.
• Skill Prerequisites: Candidates applying for leadership/dispatch-focused options (Options 4 & 5) must demonstrate high computer literacy, Excel proficiency, and strong team leadership skills. Option 2 requires a valid Forklift License.
