Operations Manager / Marketing Coordinator

This is an exciting opportunity for a highly organised and proactive Operations Manager / Marketing Coordinator to become an integral part of the business. Sitting at the centre of day-to-day operations, you’ll help keep the team, systems and processes running seamlessly while also coordinating marketing initiatives across the brand and its property campaigns.
This is a varied, hands-on role suited to someone who thrives on organisation, enjoys bringing structure to a fast-paced environment and has the creative flair to support marketing, content and brand activity.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the day-to-day operations and administration of the business
- Implement and improve internal systems, processes and workflows
- Coordinate team priorities, deadlines and operational requirements
- Support agents and management across campaigns, administration and business operations
- Manage suppliers, external partners and key business relationships
- Coordinate property marketing campaigns from preparation through to launch
- Manage digital channels including website, social media and email marketing
- Coordinate content creation including photography, video, social and editorial
- Assist with brand initiatives and ensure consistency across all marketing collateral
- Work closely with agents to ensure listings and campaigns are presented to a premium standard
- Monitor campaign activity and assist with reporting and performance
- Identify opportunities to improve efficiencies, processes and the overall client experience
Skills & Experience:
- Previous experience in operations, office management, business support or a similar coordination role
- Experience within real estate or property will be highly regarded
- Strong organisational skills with exceptional attention to detail
- Confidence managing multiple priorities, deadlines and stakeholders
- Experience coordinating marketing campaigns, content or social media
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Tech-savvy with confidence across digital platforms, CRM systems and marketing tools
- A proactive, solutions-focused approach with the ability to take ownership
- Creative flair and an eye for premium branding and presentation
- Ability to work autonomously while being a collaborative and supportive team player
