Join our IT team in one of many newly created roles at the heart of DuluxGroup’s digital transformation, helping deliver a major business upgrade across SAP, Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Databricks.

What You’ll Be Doing   

• Deliver small to medium digital, technology and business IT projects
• Develop project plans, schedules, roadmaps and status reports
• Manage risks, issues, dependencies, budgets and scope changes
• Coordinate cross-functional teams and third-party vendors
• Facilitate project ceremonies, workshops and governance forums
• Provide clear updates and recommendations to stakeholders
• Identify blockers early and keep delivery on track

What We’re Looking for

• 5+ years project management experience delivering digital, technology or transformation projects
• Certifications such as PRINCE2, PMP, AgilePM, SAFe, Scrum Master or similar are highly desirable
• Strong knowledge of Agile and hybrid delivery approaches
• Practical experience in governance, RAID management and reporting
• Strong influencing and negotiation skills
• A hands-on, organised and solutions-focused approach
• Experience with tools such as Jira, Confluence or Microsoft Project
