The Role
As the AO4 Finance Officer, you will provide broad financial administration and financial operations support across a large and complex organisation. • Provide high-quality customer service and timely support to internal stakeholders
  • Undertake additional finance and administration duties as required to support business objectives

About You
To be successful in this role, you will demonstrate:

  • Previous experience within a finance, financial operations or management accounting environment
  • Strong understanding of financial administration processes, reconciliations and transaction processing
  • Experience supporting month-end activities and exposure to budgeting or forecasting processes
  • High attention to detail with the ability to maintain accuracy while managing competing priorities
  • Well-developed communication and stakeholder engagement skills
  • Strong problem-solving capability and a proactive approach to identifying process improvements
  • Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel
  • Experience using TechnologyOne or similar ERP/financial management systems will be highly regarded
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a collaborative team
