Forklift Operators- Orchard Hills & Kemps Creek

Programmed is seeking 12 experienced High Reach or Counterbalance Forklift Operators to join a leading 3PL logistics provider with modern warehouses located in Orchard Hills and Kemps Creek.

Pay Rates:

$38.67 - $44.02 per hour

(Rates vary depending on shift, position, and work area)

Shifts Available:

• 6:00am - 2:00pm
• 8:00am - 4:00pm (computer skills required)
• 11:00am - 7:00pm
• 1:00pm - 9:00pm

Key Responsibilities:

• Operating High Reach or Counterbalance forklifts
• Loading and unloading trucks safely and efficiently
• RF scanning and order picking
• Putaways and stock replenishment
• Pick packing and handling bulk stock
• General warehouse and inventory duties
• Maintaining a safe and clean work environment

To Be Successful:

• Current LF Forklift Licence
• Proven High Reach forklift experience
• Previous warehouse or 3PL experience highly regarded
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Comfortable performing manual handling duties
• Experience using RF scanners
• Strong attention to detail and safety focus
• Reliable with a positive attitude and excellent attendance
• Able to complete Police Check
