Role & Duties

• Managing a tidy, localised residential portfolio
• Building and maintaining strong landlord and tenant relationships
• Inspection support from an in-house assistant property manager
• Admin and VA support

About You

We’re seeking a confident property manager skilled in all aspects of portfolio management, with strong knowledge of WA legislation and great attention to detail.

• Current WA Real Estate Registration
• Valid driver's licence and reliable vehicle
• In-depth knowledge of the Perth property market
• Excellent organisational and time-management skills
• Professional presentation with strong communication abilities
• Self-motivated, driven, and passionate about real estate
