Casual Sales Assistant - Ballina

The casual role

Snooze Ballina is seeking a passionate Sales Assistant who presents in a self-assured, authentic manner and knows how to build relationships while caring about providing expert sleep solutions to our customers.

In this role, you can expect to be working across agreed weekdays, weekends, and public holidays. For the right candidate, 3-4 days per week. This is a casual role which may lead to a permanent part-time role for the right candidate.

 At Snooze, you will

• Build rapport and establish relationships with customers

• Provide customers with expert sleep solutions

• Deliver exceptional customer experiences that reflect Snooze’s brand

• Merchandise bedrooms, lift stock, operate computers, and walk the floor

• Champion store presentation and operational standards

You already come with the following

• Retail experience in selling big-ticket items is preferred, but not essential 

• Natural relationship-building skills

• Positive attitude, energy, and the ability to inspire others

• Collaborate with your team to hit targets and achieve store goals

• Physically able to walk the floor and safely lift or move stock when required

• Adept with computer skills (experience with Pronto an advantage)
