Store Manager - Townsville

The full time role

Snooze Townsville is seeking a passionate Store Manager who presents in a self-assured, authentic manner and knows how to build relationships and manage a team while caring about providing expert sleep solutions to our customers. 

Immediate start available. The successful candidate will be required to work standard retail trading hours, including agreed weekends, public holidays, and weekdays. A satisfactory National Police Check is a mandatory requirement for this management position.

At Snooze, you will

• Motivate and engage a team while leading, organising tasks, handle customer queries, plan for the business and ensure the store looks immaculate

• Engage with customers to understand their needs and deliver outstanding service

• Build rapport and foster long-term relationships

• Participate in daily store operations, including merchandising bedrooms, lifting stock, operating computers, answering calls and walking the sales floor

• Demonstrate experience in retail store management

• Motivate and grow a small team to sell and achieve budget

You will need

• Experience in retail store management

• Excellent communication skills

• Great customer service skills

• A proven sales history
