Your new company
Your new company is a well-established, not-for-profit organisation in the aged care sector with a strong presence across Melbourne. They provide vital support to individuals in the community through in-home aged care, disability services, and broader family and community programmes.
They are currently seeking an Accounts Receivable professional to step into a 2-month interim opportunity (with the possibility of extension).
Your new role
Your new role is a BAU, end-to-end Accounts Receivable position, focused on transactional accuracy and stakeholder engagement rather than high volume collections.
Your key responsibilities will include:
Accurate data entry and invoice processing, including maintaining customer accounts
Receipting and cash allocation, ensuring timely and precise posting of payments
Performing account reconciliations and resolving discrepancies
Managing customer enquiries via phone and email, while liaising with internal and external stakeholders
Supporting month end activities, including adjustments, reporting, and maintaining audit integrity
What you'll need to succeed
To excel in this assignment, you will ideally have:
- Strong end to end Accounts Receivable experience
- Proven skills in data entry, account reconciliation, and receipting
- Experience with Epicor (advantageous)
- Background in the aged care or healthcare sector (advantageous)
