NAB Fraud Analyst (24/7 Rotating Rosters)

NAB Fraud Operations team are looking for customer-centric analysts to work in the Cards and Merchants team.

Your new role

Make outbound calls to customers promptly, asking probing questions to determine a transaction is fraudulent, specific to cards and merchant-related reports.

• When not on the phones, analyse potential fraudulent transactions flagged in the system.
• Maintain awareness and comply with all policies, procedures, and statutory requirements to maximize efficiency and minimize risk.This is a 12-months temporary role.Due to the urgency and nature of the fraud prevention role, this team works on a 24/7 rotating rosters, you will work 5 days per week, 8 hours per day. Rosters will be provided in advance.This role is due to start 2nd November 2026.There are opportunities for extension and permanency for the right workers. The pay is at $40.84ph+super. There will be shift loading should you work after hours or on a Sunday.

What you'll need to succeed
Proven call centre and customer service experience

• Proven financial services or banking experience
• Fraud or disputes experience is beneficial
• Strong analytical and attention to detail skills
• Solid time management
• Flexibility to work on a rotating rosters 24/7, including overnight shift and weekends
