We are seeking experienced and customer-focused Desktop Support Technicians to provide vital technical assistance across various locations in South Australia. This is an exciting opportunity to utilise your troubleshooting skills, support diverse environments, and make a real impact in fast-paced corporate settings.

In this role, you will be the go-to expert for end-users, ensuring their computers, applications, and peripherals run smoothly. Whether resolving technical issues remotely or on-site, your expertise will help keep businesses operational and employees productive. If you're a proactive problem solver with excellent communication skills, this opportunity is perfect for you.

Key Skills and Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in Desktop Support, Service Desk, IT Support or similar roles
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving capabilities
  • Hands-on experience supporting Windows operating systems and common business applications
  • Knowledge of desktop hardware, laptops, printers and peripherals
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Customer-focused mindset with a professional approach
  • Ability to work independently and effectively as part of a team
  • Strong organisational skills to prioritise multiple support requests
  • Current Australian Driver’s Licence and willingness to travel across South Australia

Nice to Have Skills:

  • Knowledge of other operating systems such as MacOS or Linux
  • Experience supporting enterprise level IT environments
  • Relevant certifications such as CompTIA A+ or Microsoft Certified Desktop Support Technician
  • Experience with remote support tools and ticketing systems

Preferred Education and Experience:

  • Demonstrated hands-on support experience in a corporate environment
  • Relevant IT qualification or diploma (desirable but not essential)
  • Previous experience supporting a geographically dispersed user base

Other Requirements:

  • Valid Australian Driver’s Licence and ability to travel to various client sites across South Australia
  • Professional, reliable, and customer-oriented approach
