Our client is an established boutique Brisbane CBD firm seeking a Senior Property Lawyer to play a pivotal role in its thriving practice.
Working alongside an approachable and supportive Principal, you'll enjoy the autonomy to lead matters while being backed by a leader who is invested in your success and values collaboration, trust and long-term relationships.
You will manage a sophisticated mix of property and commercial property matters across Queensland, New South Wales and Victoria, while helping shape the future direction of the practice.
What You'll Bring
- 7+ years' PAE in property law
- Strong experience in property development, commercial property acquisitions and disposals, leasing and lending
- Exceptional drafting, negotiation and client management skills
- Proven ability to mentor and develop junior lawyers
- Strong commercial judgement and confidence managing complex matters
- Experience in business/commercial law, corporate structuring or overseeing conveyancing matters will be highly regarded
