With a focus on assisting your clients to re-gain their purpose and identity, you will facilitate their return to meaningful workplace occupations. The role:

• Return to work case management for injured parties
• Management of psychological claims
• A range of assessments including Vocational Assessments
• Develop individual rehabilitation plans
• Liaison with all treating parties
• High level reporting
• Case management of your clients
• Thorough induction with enhanced support
• Work across an interesting and varied caseload with referrals across the schemes

You:

• You will be a tertiary qualified in Rehabilitation Counselling (Membership with ASORC)
• Have recent occupational rehabilitation experience.
• Excellent communication skills and good problem-solving ability.
• The ability to engage and establish rapport with people from all walks of life.
• Good written and administration skills
• Ability to work well with others and autonomously.
