About the job
At Milestone Health and Performance we primarily support clients over the age of 65 who receive packages under the Support at Home (SAH) program, helping them remain healthy, independent and living safely in their own homes. We also work closely with NDIS and privately paid clients with a range of medical conditions and disabilities.
Our goal at Milestone Health and Performance is to help our clients maintain their independence, health and quality of life through exercise. We focus on reducing falls risk, improving mobility, building confidence and making everyday activities easier and safer, helping clients remain in their own homes for longer.
We are also committed to continually improving the service we provide, keeping up to date with research, continually improving our exercise prescription and providing regular meetings to tackle hard cases and professional development.
About the job:
- Mobile Exercise Physiologist - Potential location being eastern suburbs based with flexibility depending on applicant.
- 1-3 days per week start with the opportunity to progress to full time.
- Clientele base consists of Home Visits for Support at Home (over the age of 65) and NDIS clients

The aim of our service is to improve clients ADLs (Activities of Daily Living) through exercise to help reduce the risk of falls and increase independence to allow clients to live in their own homes for as long as possible.
At Milestone Health we focus on:
- Providing a patient and effective service

- Completion of regular testing and reporting to track client progress
Requirements:
- Masters of Clinical Exercise Physiology
- Police Check
- Registration with ESSA
- Up to date COVID and flu vaccination as per aged care working requirements
- First Aid & CPR
- WWCC
- Public Liability and Professional Indemnity Insurance
- Drivers Licence and own car
- Experience with exercise prescription
- Laptop
Desirable:
- Some clinical experience
- Experience with clients with Dementia
