The Role
This is a hands-on workshop fabrication.
You will be responsible for the fabrication structural steel components while ensuring all work is completed safely, efficiently and to a high standard.

Key Responsibilities
- Fabrication and welding of structural steel
- Workshop-based manufacturing and assembly work
- Read and interpret engineering drawings and fabrication plans
- Perform MIG, TIG and Stick welding to a high standard
- Carry out modifications and repairs
- Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards
- Maintain accurate job records and documentation
- Contribute to a strong safety-first culture
