Through evidence-based thinking, hard work and true compassion, we’ve built a trusted reputation as Queensland’s leading provider of early childhood education. And as a child safe organisation, we put children's safety and wellbeing at the heart of everything we do, creating nurturing spaces where children can learn, explore, play and grow.
Help Shape Futures at C&K Rosalie Community Kindergarten & Preschool
We’re looking for two passionate Educators to join our welcoming team at C&K Rosalie, a community-focused service that offers two kindergarten groups alongside an Extended Hours Program, creating a connected learning journey that continues beyond the kindergarten day. As a valued member of our team, you'll help create a safe, nurturing and engaging play-based learning environment where children can thrive, families feel supported, and strong community connections are built every day.
At C&K Rosalie, we’re committed to fostering each child’s curiosity, confidence and lifelong love of learning while supporting a positive transition to school. Whether you're working within our kindergarten program or supporting children in our Extended Hours Program, you'll be part of a collaborative team that values meaningful relationships, shared learning and making a lasting difference in the lives of children and families.
We currently have two permanent part-time opportunities available:
Educator | Kindergarten Program (Kindergarten Group A)
Working 37.5 hours per fortnight on Monday, Tuesday and alternate Wednesday between 7:30am-3:00pm, you'll support children through a high-quality kindergarten program that inspires learning, belonging and growth as they prepare for their transition to school. Remuneration is $30.71– $40.63 per hour plus superannuation.
Educator | Extended Hours Program
Working 22 hours per week across Monday to Friday, with shifts rostered from 1:35pm-6:00pm, you'll support children beyond the kindergarten day, helping to create a familiar, nurturing environment where learning, play and wellbeing continue. This role offers $32.18 – $39.86 per hour plus superannuation, along with a $1,000 retention bonus paid twice yearly.
Both opportunities offer the flexibility to pick up additional hours during school holidays or through the C&K relief pool, providing extra variety and earning potential while remaining connected to the broader C&K community.
