About the Role
National Workforce is seeking experienced High Reach Forklift Drivers to join busy warehouse operations in Truganina. We are looking for reliable, motivated and safety-conscious candidates who can work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
About You
- Recent Crown reach forklift experience is essential.
- Recent RF scanner experience is essential.
- Double-deep racking experience is preferred.
- Positive, can-do attitude and strong work ethic.
- Ability to meet KPIs and work efficiently under pressure.
- Reliable, punctual and safety-conscious.
- Physically fit and able to lift 15-20kg.
- Able to work well under pressure in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
- Available to work 5-6 days per week, with overtime as required.
- Must be available for occasional Sunday work.
- Overtime is mandatory when required and is not optional.
Shift Availability
- Day shift: Start times between 5:00am and 7:00am.
- Afternoon shift: Start times between 3:00pm and 3:30pm.
- Availability: Candidates must have full availability for their chosen shift and be able to commence ASAP.
- Flexibility: Overtime and weekend work as operationally required is essential.
