Underground Service Crew FIFO | Hard Rock Mine, North Queensland
TP Human Capital is seeking Underground Service Crew Operators for a hard rock FIFO mine in North Queensland.We welcome candidates from underground service crew or similar operating backgrounds,
as well as those with a strong trade, civil or safety-critical background looking to move into mining.
Before you apply, please confirm you have all of the following. These are non-negotiable site requirements:
- Manual driver’s licence, no restrictions
- Full, unrestricted Australian work rights (citizen, permanent resident, or visa with unrestricted work rights)
- The ability to FIFO from Brisbane, Townsville or Cairns
- The ability to pass a full pre-employment medical

The Role:
Underground service crew work supporting safe and efficient mining operations, including operating light vehicles and underground equipment, and assisting with development and maintenance tasks.
What’s on Offer:
- Roster: 7 days on / 7 days off
- 12.5hr Days and Nights
- FIFO from Townsville, Cairns or Brisbane via chartered flights
- $75 to $76/hr + Super
- Flights, meals and accommodation provided
What We’re Looking For:
- Underground service crew experience, or a demonstrable trade, civil background
- Experience in remote or FIFO mining operations (well regarded)
- Defence, emergency services, logistics, transport or maintenance backgrounds
- A consistent work history with two contactable referees (one within 12 months, one within 5 years)
- A genuine commitment to working safely and following all site procedures
Mandatory Requirements:
- Full, unrestricted work rights in Australia
- Valid open manual driver’s licence (no restrictions)
- Ability to pass a pre-employment health assessment
- Applicants must reside Townsville, Cairns or Brisbane
