This is your chance to step into a pivotal leadership role with full ownership and autonomy. Tradelink Silverwater is on the hunt for a driven Business Manager to lead from the front, inspire a high-performing team, and shape the next stage of growth for an already successful branch.
As the face of the business, you’ll bring energy, vision, and commercial smarts – building strong customer relationships, driving sales, and setting the strategy for future success.
What you’ll be responsible for:
- Full ownership of branch performance and profitability
- Driving sales, customer engagement and local market presence
- Leading, coaching and developing your team
- Embedding strong operational standards and service excellence
- Identifying and executing growth opportunities
About you:
- Proven experience in branch management, business management or senior operational leadership
- Background in trade wholesale, construction, plumbing, electrical or a related sector (preferred, not essential)
- Strong people leader with a customer-first mindset
- Commercially astute, confident and comfortable with autonomy
- Motivated by ownership, impact and long-term success
