Commissioning Technician

We have partnered with one of the biggest names in the security sector to strengthen their delivery team in NSW. They are seeking an experienced Project Engineer to support the delivery of integrated security projects across Australia. Working closely with Project Managers, Engineers, and Technicians, you will lead the installation, commissioning, and optimisation of security systems while ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to a high standard.
 
As a Project Engineer you will be:

• Installing, testing, commissioning, and maintaining integrated security systems (Access Control, CCTV, etc.)
• Programming and configuring systems such as S2, C-Cure, Gallagher, Lenel, and Milestone
• Troubleshooting technical issues and performing preventative maintenance
• Coordinating on-site activities and reporting on project progress
• Engaging with clients to understand requirements and deliver tailored solutions
• Ensuring compliance with safety standards, company procedures, and project KPIs

 
We would love to speak to candidates that are currently working as a Project Engineer within the security sector – someone with previous hands-on experience as a technician would be a good fit. If you have experience with security system software such as S2, C-cure, Gallagher, Lenel or Milestones it would be worth having a conversation. You should have a relevant technical qualification (Electrical/Electronic Engineering or similar).

As a Project Engineer your salary will be between $130-140K plus Super and you will be offered opportunities to progress and grow within the business
