The Role
A unique and varied role which will provide immense career satisfaction for the right candidate. You will be working to lead a team of Bookkeepers on shore in regional NSW as well as grow an offshore team. You will love strong systems, processes and be passionate about providing optimal client service. You will have the opportunity to undertake bookkeeping for clients as well as virtual CFO work. You duties will include:
  

• Manage a small team of bookkeepers
• Build strong client relationships
• Provide management accounting/high level bookkeeping services to clients
• Manage workflow for the division
• Identify system and process improvement opportunities
• Manage the KPI process across the team
• Work closely with management to provide regular updates and reports
• Work with and develop an offshore team

  
  
About You
It is essential that you have experience working in either a public practice accounting or bookkeeping firm.  You will also have:
  

• Experience using Xero
• A collaborative approach to your work
• Drive to achieve continued success
• A people focussed and approachable manner
• Ability to prioritise tasks and enjoy variety in your working day
• Commitment to a long-term future
• Cert IV qualifications as minimum
