An opportunity for an experienced Structural Engineer to take on a senior technical and leadership role within a well‑established, multi‑disciplinary consultancy.

The role focuses on design leadership, technical skills and direct client engagement.

Lead project teams, oversee complex structural design work, and act as a key contact.

Role Overview

• Lead and coordinate structural design across multiple projects
• Provide technical oversight and guidance to engineering teams
• Manage interfaces with clients, architects, and other consultants
• Contribute to planning, resourcing, and delivery of projects
• Support development of the team and broader business capability

Projects

• High‑rise commercial buildings (typically 18–40+ storeys)
• Complex commercial and mixed‑use developments
• Mid‑rise residential projects
• Government and institutional buildings

About You

• Substantial experience in structural engineering consultancy
• Strong background in complex commercial structures
• Comfortable leading teams and managing technical risk
• Clear communicator with established client‑facing experience
• Able to work with a high level of autonomy and accountability

Package

• Base salary from $166K to $178K
• Performance‑based bonus
